Frank Raunik’s architectural career boasts considerable experience in the design and development of hotels, resorts, multi-residential projects, luxury residential homes and a wide range of commercial developments. His experience includes work on a variety of major hotel and resort developments throughout Australia and abroad.

Frank was based in Brunei and had extensive involvement on the Empire 7 star Hotel for three years. He has worked internationally on projects located in Borneo, Indonesia, China, Singapore, Vietnam, Hawaii, Greece and Cambodia.

Throughout Australia, Frank has had involvement on projects in Melbourne, Sydney, Northern NSW, Brisbane, Bundaberg, Townsville and extensively on the Gold Coast. Frank Raunik has now been based in and worked on the Gold Coast since 1986.

Frank has a thorough understanding of the developer’s perspective and development process. His involvement in projects extends from master planning, conceptual design, design development and documentation through to contract administration.
