Cleland Residence

Visualisations for a luxury home we've designed on the Gold Coast. The home's interface with the street is both private and inviting, characterised by the interplay of rich textures and subtropical landscaping. From the river at the rear, the house presents itself as a contemporary arrangement with a thin profile roof sailing overhead. Internally, a series of ground floor entertaining spaces open out to the riverfront deck with pool and sunken outdoor lounge. An open kitchen and formal dining are balanced with the warmer materiality of the bar and lounge.
